Library and Reading room
Mody School has a well-equipped library with over 15,000 titles on a variety of subjects such as literature, social sciences, humanities, business, science and technology etc. The Reading room provides access to latest periodicals, journals and magazines besides the daily newspapers to keep students and faculty abreast of national and international events.
The school library has its own photocopying machine and computer for easy access to material. An efficient and helpful library staff facilitates selection of books and reading material besides extending advice on study skills
Lab Facilities
Mody School has well-stocked laboratories for Science, English, Fashion Designing, Home Science and Computer Science. Here students experience the joys of discovery while putting into practice the theoretical learning of the classroom.
In the spacious and modern computer lab each student has an exclusive system to operate. It has the most updated multimedia technology where computer aided Learning (CAL) Computer Aided Training (CAT) and Computer Aided Experience (CAX) are an essential part of e-learning programmes. The Computer Lab with uninterrupted internet-access is constantly uploaded with the latest software and hardware.
A highly interactive-digital English Language Lab provides easy access to use enjoyable software to improve communication skill of listening, reading and speaking of the users. The Fashion Designing Lab prepares students for various premier institutes like National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) for various career options like Textile Designing, Jewellery Designing, Interior Decoration etc. A fully equipped Home Science Lab provides knowledge about child development, food & nutrition and basic economics.
Audio-Visual Room
A well-proportioned Audio-Visual Room equipped with Television, LCD Projectors and laptops helps our girls experience the joys of life-like presentation. They cease to be mere observers and become participants in a situation which makes the teaching learning process a truly enjoyable one.
