Mody School students got a wonderful opportunity to participate in the 12th edition of the Confluence: Singapore International School Literary Convergence, Mumbai held on: SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2021, virtually through the Zoom Platform.
It featured three activities that focused on critical, idea-based thinking:
– Inquisition (GENERAL Quiz)
– Instil (MULTI-FORMAT ENGLISH DEBATES)
– Incubation (Creative Speech WRITING)
The above-mentioned events posed a variety of challenges to talented young minds, and helped them become involved in the process of observing, understanding, and studying, researching, learning, discussing, debating and building a coherent sustainable worldview while keeping in mind the complex realities of different points of view.
MS. NAISHADHA SRIVASTAV won the BEST SPEAKER – (BRIDGE) CONFLUENCE AWARD, under the Instil-Multi-Format Debate category in a confluence where 50 delegate schools from 21 different Indian states, one Union territory and two schools from SAARC nations were a part of the day-long competition. Kudos! To our girls who could carve that niche against 100 plus contestants.
Following were the participants from Mody School under different categories:
