Mody School, Lakshmangarh hosted an enthralling dance performance under the umbrella of SPIC MACAY on the special occasion of International Dance Day which is celebrated every year across the nation on 29 April.
Ms. Vidha Lal, the kathak exponent was the seasoned performer of the day. She was accompanied by equally deft and dexterous artists Mr. Aman Ali ji on Tabla, Mr. Amir Khan ji on Sarangi and Mr. Shuheb Hasan ji on Vocal.
The artistic session commenced with a warm reception offered to the artists.
Ms. Vidha Lal the classical Indian Kathak proponent mesmerized audiences with her intricate footwork, graceful movements, and emotive storytelling.
Performing under the auspices of SPIC MACAY, Ms. Vidha lal’s Kathak performance transported spectators into the rich tapestry of Indian culture, where every step resonated with history, tradition, and artistic expression.
The students could also enjoy an interactive question and answer session with the artists.
Revered principal of the School, Madam Charu Sharma presented a token of appreciation to the deft artists. The wonderful afternoon session culminated with the vote of thanks and National Anthem.
