Comic Strip Writing is a fun-filled activity that includes cartoons and dialogues. Comic strips and cartoons are always an attraction for children. They are two successful tools because they engage children in meaningful learning experiences, where they get to practice motoring skills such as writing, reading, speaking and communicating. By creating and writing comic strips students have learnt how to organise ideas in a creative writing piece with a fun element. It incorporates new vocabulary and improves the ability to identify the components of a story such as a plot, character, setting and theme. With the same objective, Mody School, Lakshmangarh provided an opportunity to the students of classes- IV to VI to polish their creative talent by participating in a ‘COMIC STRIP WRITING COMPETITION’. The inter-house competition was organised via google meet by the English department on Friday, 11 February 2022. The students exhibited their hidden talent by participating in the competition enthusiastically and got the chance to improve their overall personality.
