Career counseling workshop for class XII was conducted by Mr. Sudhanshu K Sinha and Ms Asha on 15.9.2023 in Mody school to help the students choose the right career.

The workshop intended to help students discover their talent according to aptitude so that they can set realistic goals and align their choices with their aspirations.

Mr. Sudhanshu and Ms. Asha provided insights into various career options, industries, and job market trends, ensuring that students are well-prepared for the challenges of the workforce.

Their excellent way of explaining with practical examples from our day to day life fostered a sense of empowerment and self-confidence among students in charting their career paths, to pursue their dreams with determination and resilience.

Early exposure to career counseling prevent  students   from making hasty decisions that may lead to dissatisfaction or career changes later in life. It minimizes the risk of academic and professional mismatch.

This workshop was an investment in the future success and happiness of students, benefiting both individuals and society.
